"Yup." Sydney nodded, with a sigh she lean back in her chair and yawn a little. Looking pass Lyall she saw that it was getting late and maybe she should go back to the Hotel. . she did just came here for dinner and nothing else but then she saw Lyall. "Its nice see you again Lyall."

((you haven't noticed? The entire site has gotten bombed with spam. It's ridiculous. That frickin' wrennznob or whatever keeps posting a bunch of random crap in all the forums. It's all links to downloads and advertisements and probably viruses for the computers. It's really annoying))

Lyall smiled. "It was nice seeing you again too." He looked down at his cup of coffee. It had hardly been touched since he got it and was probably cold.

Sydney nodded at his words and slowly rise up in her chair, stretching that and also the fact that she enjoy being with him rather then her own father. He`s to. . .tense to be around for such a long time and makes her want to run off screaming her head off or something. That made her sighs and she gather her stuff together. "Can I ask you question?"

Lyall wasn't quite sure what she wanted to ask him and, for a brief moment, the worst possible idea came to mind. He shook it off though, thinking there was no way she would of known. "Of course. You can ask me anything." He gave a polite smile.

Sydney look up at Lyall with a conflicted expression crawling across her face. She really didn`t want to get to attach to him as a friend if she just ends up leaving England. Makes things a lot harder on her and force her to be reminded that her life will always be like this unless she disown her own father. "I want to hang out with you some more but I have no clue how to if I have no way to contact you." Yeah, this was kind of painfully embarrassing for her to actually ask him for his number or something. She could feel herself warming up at the thought of him laughing at her or tell her that he never exactly want to hang out with her.

Lyall chuckled, "Hmm.. Well, I suppose that does present a problem, doesn't it.." He fumbled in his pocket for a moment until he pulled out a pen. He grabbed a napkin from the table and scribbled a few things onto it. ""My phone and email," he said as he handed it to her.

"You know. . .you could have ask me if you can borrow a piece paper right?" Sydney told him after he handed her the napkin and she laughs a little. She snap open her sketch book and tear out a clean piece of paper then right down her number and her email. Folding it in fours she handed over to him. "Its only fair I hand over my." She told him with a smile. "Its best to get hold on me in the morning or the afternoon. If I wake up in the middle of the night because your texting me I`m going to hurt you." Sydney threaten him lightly. "See you around Lyall." With a wave over her shoulder she walk out of the cafe.

(no, I just came on the other day and it was all gone.. And I was really bored. I'm sure I have more somewhere but yeah. I found the important ones I don't know if I told you but I'm at a convention right now. I have a while before anything starts but I won't be on later at night.. But it's been so fun. And still have 2 more days!)

Lyall laughed, "Alright." He slipped the paper into his pocket and watched as she left. After a while, he finally got up and went back home. It was getting late and it was dark except the few areas lit by the street lamps.

Lyall sighed, watching the sky as he walked. It had been more than three weeks since he had met Sydney and less than one week until she attempted to kill him again. She still didn't know he was the wolf her family was hunting. "What will she think when she finds out?" He sighed again at the thought and pushed it away. "One step at a time.. I'll deal with it when it comes to that.."

Sydney spend the last couple of weeks following endless leads with her father about the werewolves that reside in this city. If she knew better she would have said they didn`t exist and it was another folk tale that her father fell for but she couldn`t pretend not to remember how she was mere seconds from having her head tear off by the alpha. Foaming from the mouth, up on his hind legs, staring down at her after knocking her guns right out of her hands like they were nothing but a child plastic toy. Sydney was not made for this life! Oh god no she was not!!!! She rather have a boring life blissfully not knowing there monsters that live in the dark. With a heavy sigh Sydney chew at the inside of her cheek and wonder if she should text Lyall? Have some last few days of fun before another stare down with the pack and possibly have her head roll right off her shoulders.

Lyall glanced at his phone. It had been a while since he talked to Sydney but he felt it necessary to pull away from her as a friend. In less than a week it would be a fight to the death with her. Even in the unlikely chance that he could control his monster form, there was the chance he would hurt Sydney or that she would hurt him. Though as he remembered their first encounter, it was more likely that her father would get him first. The idea of the upcoming fight terrified him. "It will be a fight to the death this time.. One of us will lose and it won't be pretty.." He thought frowning.

Making an decision Sydney scroll down her contacts, found Lyall number, and text him a simple, Hi. Nothing more and nothing less, she was secretly hope he didn`t answer so she didn`t have to ask him if he wanted to meet up. It was kind of embarrassing to ask him out on a kinda-of-sorta-date as friends. God! They can`t even call themselves friends since he knows nothing but the lies she have weaved like a spiderweb and he never once told him anything personal about himself. What a nice start of a wonderful friendship! *roll eyes* Sydney bit her lower lip and watch her phone waiting for him to answer back.

Lyall felt hi phone buzz in his pocket. He pulled it out and looked at Sydney's name on the screen. His breath caught for a moment as he debated on answering the message. With a sigh and the feeling that he would regret the decision he sent back a simple reply of "Hello".

Sydney heart drop in her chest when her phone went off with its little happy ringtone. Ohhhh damn. . .what should she say? Should be direct or slowly approach the question she wanted to ask? What should she do? "Are you busy?" It was almost painful to even send that three worded question.

He wasn't quite sure how to respond. He wasn't really busy but if he told her that, then she'd insist on meeting up. Meeting up wouldn't be a bad thing and could even be fun but it was the idea of how attached he'd become since they first met even though he the consequences. He bit his lip and his thumb hovered over the keyboard as he pondered over what exactly he should say. "Not really. I've just been wondering about the town and considering some place to go for lunch."
